Worth the wait
Matrix redid our basement a few years ago, so I was confident that the work would be impeccable. They did not disappoint! They added a bathroom in my basement which involved a TON of custom woodwork, drywall, and plumbing. They built in several soffits and a custom shower door to maximize the ceiling height. They refinished all the trim work and make it look like the bathroom has been there the entire time. The job did take several months to complete but I am aware of the shortage of contract workers right now, so as I stated, it was worth the wait! Rico, my general contractor was great at answering my questions and accomodating my requests. He treated me with respect and never talked down to me because I do not know are the jargon. Some in the industry tend to do that, but not Rico. He was dedicated to the project and accessible as well as being responsive. Well done Rico and team!
